We do it all — from preventive maintenance to full engine overhauls — and we’re growing. This role isn’t for a desk jockey or someone who needs constant direction. It’s for someone who wants to own their results, drive accountability, and build a championship team.

What You’ll Be Leading:
- A 15-person service department:
▪ 2 Service Advisors
▪ 1 Mobile Fleet Coordinator
▪ 10 Technicians
▪ 1 Shop Helper
- Coordination of internal repairs, customer jobs, PMs, warranty repairs, and mobile service
- Communication and relationships with commercial fleet customers
- Overseeing technician performance (efficiency, productivity, quality)
- Department compliance with safety, OSHA, waste disposal, and company policy
- Tracking and servicing our own rental and lease fleet
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and professional work environment using 5S methodology
- Monitoring metrics: gross margin, effective labor rate, warranty recovery, unapplied time, etc.
- Leading by example — bringing hustle, standards, and ownership daily
You’ll Succeed Here If You:
- Have proven leadership in a service shop or dealership setting
- Know how to prioritize, delegate, and problem-solve under pressure
- Understand diesel trucks, commercial service workflows, and financial metrics
- Are confident in dealing with customers and delivering tough messages with clarity and professionalism
- Embrace accountability, take pride in results, and know how to develop people
- Are tech-savvy (we use software, tablets, warranty systems, and tracking tools daily)

Ideal Background:
- Prior experience managing a commercial or automotive service department
- Strong knowledge of diesel repair, PMs, brakes, transmissions, or fleet maintenance
- Comfortable with estimates, warranty processing, and work order systems
- Skilled in customer service, team development, and process improvement
