SCHEDULE
This is a full-time in-office position.
- $28-$31
- Monday-Friday
- Must be able to work within the core Shop hours of 7AM-4:30PM
- 40 hours
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Shop Responsibilities
- Check daily reports and dashboard for accurate fuel transactions and issue reports monthly and quarterly.
- Run reports, compile and enter data in appropriate spreadsheets for tracking
- Enter fueling info as needed
- Create work orders for issues or service as needed
- Schedule appointments with vendors for outside repair
- Maintain tracking and scheduling of maintenance programs
- Maintain all shop filing and records (emissions, registrations etc)
- Monitor GPS for any issues/contact support when needed.
- Various other office duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Mechanical background / experience required
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter/problem solver
- Excellent communication and people skills
