Overview:
Lead ServiceNow platform administration, including CMDB, workflow automation, and integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Administer ServiceNow (Dev, Test, Prod environments).
- Configure and maintain CMDB, discovery, workflows, and service mapping.
- Develop custom applications, dashboards, and workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with Azure DevOps, Active Directory, GitHub.
- Troubleshoot availability, access control, and module issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow administration and development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS certifications preferred.
- Federal ITSM or HR Service Delivery experience preferred.
