We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment construction for denim and sportswear, with a strong ability to fabricate and operate sewing machines. This role is essential in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate sewing machines to produce garments according to specifications.
- Fabricate various components of garments, ensuring accuracy and quality in each piece.
- Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the inventory management of fabrics and materials used in production.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the sewing process, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in garment construction is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in operating sewing machines and understanding of sewing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
