Now Hiring: Part-Time Site Managers
We’re looking for reliable, service-oriented professionals to join us in part-time Site Manager roles. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with leadership experience and strong communication skills who are committed to delivering top-tier service and ensuring smooth site operations.
Position Summary
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Work Schedule: Primarily weekdays, with some evening or weekend availability as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site functions and supervise on-site staff
- Perform maintenance duties, minor repairs, and facility improvements
- Handle resident or client concerns with a professional approach
- Carry out regular safety inspections and quality control reviews
- Assist in organizing community outreach and site events
- Coordinate services with third-party vendors and contractors
- Help monitor and control site expenses and budgets
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Maintain thorough records and prepare reports as needed
- Communicate consistently with clients and internal teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Dependable, adaptable, and works well with others
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in supervision or team leadership
- Understanding of facility or property operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or similar software
- Education or experience in operations, hospitality, or business preferred
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or custodial systems is a bonus
