Overview
We are a Design Build company. Seeking a dedicated energetic, hands on and skilled Site Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion with strong leadership abilities.
The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of construction drawings, construction trades, sequence of the work, field report, documenting As-Built drawings as project progresses, Critical Path Scheduling, updating schedule on weekly basis & 3-week look ahead schedule. This candidate should be able to prepare submittals per project manual and review subcontractors submittals & shop drawings for accuracy. The site project manager is responsible for safety of the job site. The candidate should be OSHA certified, Bachelor’s of Construction Management is preferred.
Skills: Microsoft Project 2010, Microsoft Office, Revue and Auto CADD.
