Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients and setting appointments for our coaches to do introduction sessions so they can close. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with a focus on building relationships and driving business development. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base through effective outreach strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and set appointments for the coaches so they can close.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of client communications.
- Engage in warm and cold calling to follow up on previous inquiries and nurture potential client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Demonstrate negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of our services and secure appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment-setting process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technology sales to effectively engage prospects.
- Work closely with the Coaches to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to closing deals.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to conduct effective outbound calling and marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of business development principles and practices.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
