Part-Time Retail Associate
Location: Smalls Unclaimed Mail, 7578 W. Broad St, Henrico, VA 23294
Schedule:
- Saturdays 11 AM–8 PM
- Sundays 11 AM–6 PM
- (Same three-person team every weekend; occasional extra hours may be available.)

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers, answer questions, and process sales at the register
- Stock, organize, and maintain clean, inviting shelves and sales floor
- Assist with sorting and processing new inventory as needed
- Provide feedback on products, inventory needs, and customer trends
- Jump in on special projects—if you see a way to improve things, lead the charge
What We’re Looking For
- Outstanding communication & customer-service skills (must engage shoppers)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, bend, and move all day
- Comfortable with Google Drive, Google Chat, Excel, Word, web browsing, tablets, etc.
- Dependable & Punctual
- COVID-19 vaccinated
- Customer Centric - Food Industry Servers/Hosts can apply
- Retail and/or second-hand store experience preferred
- Highschool students may apply
Compensation & Perks
- $14.00–$18.00 / hour (based on experience)
- Performance reviews at 90 and 180 days with potential pay increases
