About the Role:
Last Bottle, Inc. and its sister-companies belong to a portfolio of much-loved wine businesses—each with a distinct identity, loyal following, and shared commitment to excellence. From daily deal sites to exclusive club experiences, we lead the industry with innovation, integrity, and an obsession for quality. Our team sits at the intersection of tradition and technology, building the future of wine while staying rooted in what makes it special.
As our Social Content Specialist, you’ll be the voice — and the eye — behind all social media content across our brands (fun fact: Digital Beverage Group comprises 14 companies and 20 wine labels!). You’ll create, post, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube presence. This role blends creative vision, content production, and strategic execution to build brand awareness and drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Social Calendar: Plan, create, and publish content across all social platforms.
- Create and Curate Content: Script and spec video shoots, direct photo shoots (from luxe to scrappy), and ensure all visual and written content reflects each brand’s tone and aesthetic.
- Trend Watcher: Stay on top of relevant trends — across wine, culture, and content — and translate them into smart, engaging posts.
- Influencer Collaborations: Identify and manage partnerships with content creators and influencers.
- Community Management: Engage with followers and brand fans, and be the frontline voice of the brands on social media.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, report on content effectiveness, and continuously optimize for engagement and growth.
- Platform Growth: Help expand our reach, especially on our newer channels like YouTube and TikTok, with strategic content tailored to those audiences.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation
- Are passionate about wine… or are eager to become an expert
- Know your way around short-form video and understand what makes content stick
- Are equally comfortable behind a camera, in front of one, or directing your colleagues
- Love data and metrics, and use them to inform, iterate, and improve
- Have experience working with influencers
- Can juggle multiple brand accounts and their distinct voices and content strategies
- Thrive in fast-paced, creative environments (with a healthy dash of chaos)
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in wine, hospitality, or luxury retail
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous YouTube content or channel management experience
Perks:
- Competitive salary and benefits
- Wine perks (of course)
- Creative freedom and the chance to build standout content in a beloved industry
- A supportive, nimble, and wine-loving team
