About the Role:
We’re a fast-growing start-up brand looking for a proactive, creative, and resourceful Social Media & Marketing Associate to help drive our marketing efforts and grow our presence. This is not just an executional role — we’re looking for someone who will jump in, bring fresh ideas, and help shape our strategy as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Own and execute a social media strategy for Instagram and TikTok — from content planning and creation to posting and reporting, ensuring alignment with our brand’s goals.
- Content Creation: Capture, produce, and edit engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our audience and drives growth.
- Brand Ambassador Program: Help manage and support our brand ambassador team — providing messaging guidance, communication tools, and ensuring they feel equipped to represent the brand.
- Event & Activation Support: Proactively identify relevant events for brand visibility; attend and support key events, assist ambassadors on-site, and capture compelling content for social channels.Partnership Development: Build and manage partnerships with influencers, event organizers, and collaborators; ensure smooth execution and brand alignment.Email & Website Management: Contribute to email marketing efforts, assist with drafting and scheduling campaigns; help keep website content fresh and updated.
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and amplifying user-generated content.Marketing Ideation: Come to the table with ideas — from content concepts and campaign ideas to creative ways to drive engagement and awareness.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation (start-up or fast-paced environment a plus)
- Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment — takes initiative, proposes strategies, and can work independently without needing constant direction
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social media trends
- Strong creative eye for content — photo, video, copy
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines
- Willingness to travel as needed (including occasional weekends) to key events and activations
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with ambassadors, partners, and collaborators

Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses and travel.
