SUMMARY
At Plato's Closet Lyndhurst, we strongly believe that you can't teach taste, which is why we're looking to bring on a Social Media team that can help generate posts on TikTok, Instagram, and additional platforms as needed! This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for social media trends. The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of current trending brands and styles for teens and twenty-somethings, be able to work well with a team of associates in store to assist in generating content, and be looking for something flexible and part time. This role has the potental to become full time if desired!
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content tailored for different social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Foster relationships with in store staff and customers to enhance collaboration opportunities and our brand goals.
Requirements
- An engaging collection of examples posted to personal social media pages or past jobs that involved content creation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
