Position Summary
We are hiring a strategist with a strong command of social media ecosystems and a clear understanding of how to build momentum through content, community, and digital behavior. This role is responsible for designing and executing growth initiatives across multiple channels, with an emphasis on engagement, reach, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with day-to-day execution and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow brand presence across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
- Identify opportunities for audience expansion through content planning, creator collaborations, and campaign rollouts
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to align messaging, tone, and timing across initiatives
- Analyze performance data to inform creative direction and refine growth tactics
- Track industry and platform trends to ensure relevance and cultural alignment
- Partner with influencer outreach and content teams to activate strategic campaigns
- Contribute to creative ideation and editorial planning when needed
Experience & Qualifications
- 4+ years in digital strategy, content planning, or platform marketing roles
- Demonstrated success managing growth-focused social initiatives
- Knowledge of cultural trends, creator communities, and platform dynamics
- Fluent in performance tracking tools and social analytics platforms
- Strong writing and content development instincts
- Experience with direct-to-consumer or tech brands preferred
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and clarity of execution
