Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Buffer to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is error-free and aligns with brand standards.
- Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering community engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations to keep the brand relevant.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for tracking performance insights.
- Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging video content is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Experience in e-commerce is desirable but not mandatory.
