Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, digital marketing trends, and the ability to create compelling content across various channels.

Duties
- Be a Shopify expert
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Edit videos and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite to enhance visual storytelling.
- Proofread all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
- Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives.
- Familiarity with social listening tools is a plus.
- A passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and innovations.
