Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead guided tours, providing engaging and informative commentary on historical sites, landmarks, and attractions.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds and answer questions effectively.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to manage tour groups efficiently and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Employ time management skills to adhere to tour schedules and ensure timely departures and arrivals at designated locations.
- Educate guests on local customs, traditions, and points of interest, enriching their understanding of the destination.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate logistics, resolve any issues that may arise during tours, and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong public speaking abilities to engage audiences of varying sizes.
- Ability to lead and guide groups effectively with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Fluency in multiple languages is preferred (Bilingual/Multilingual).
