What You'll Do
As a Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure exceptional
customer experiences and sales growth:
- Lead & Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, and coach your Assistant Managers, Sales
Managers, and Technicians.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Analyze KPIs, implement process improvements, and
ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Maximize Profitability: Develop strategic plans to hit revenue, margin, and COR
(Customers on Rent) targets.
- Elevate the Customer Experience: Foster a culture of empathy, transparency, and trust
with every interaction.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with regional leadership to share best practices
and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retail or automotive operations management.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, profitability, and team development.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and motivational abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to get hands-on in the shop when needed.
