Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Store Organizer/Cleaner to ensure our store remains pristine and well-organized. The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, contributing to the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store, including sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms.
- Organize and arrange clothing displays, ensuring all items are neatly folded, hung, and presented.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new merchandise, tagging items, and replenishing stock on the floor.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure fitting rooms are tidy and ready for the next customer.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support overall store operations and customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
