Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate strength and conditioning coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical education and sports coaching, with the ability to motivate and educate clients in achieving their fitness goals. As a coach, you will play a crucial role in developing personalized training programs, ensuring client safety, teaching group fitness classes to adults and teens, and fostering a supportive environment for all fitness levels.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Lead group classes
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate client fitness levels and track progress over time.
- Provide motivation and support to clients during workouts, ensuring safety and proper form.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in fitness training methodologies.
Experience
- Previous experience in teaching physical education or sports coaching is preferred.
- Certifications in personal training or relevant fitness disciplines are highly desirable.
- A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to helping others achieve their wellness goals.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour
