SUMMER’S CALLING… Spend your summer on a lake front cabin in Maine. Camp Mataponi, a residential girls’ camp (30 minutes outside of Portland) is hiring RNs for summer 2025.
· Join our team of experienced nurses and on-site physician in a light-hearted environment where work and fun is interchangeable!
· One full season 7-week session enhances the family-like atmosphere between the medical team and campers/families.
· Private room (with wifi) and all meals included. A chance to make your own life-long friends with campers and staff from all over the world.
· Dates: June 15th-August 8th
· Salary: $12,000 plus travel reimbursement (this is a full 8 week position- no shorter time frame available)
· We will pay for temporary Maine License.
Responsibilities include:
*Administer daily medications
*Triage for campers and staff who come into health center
*Keep detailed automated medical records of all campers
*Prepare first aid kits for out of camp trips
* Accompany campers to occasional offsite emergency dental appointments and hospital visits
* Telephone Interaction with campers' parents when necessary
