We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Supervisor to oversee our daily operations, driver coordination, vehicle management, and insurance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operational Oversight
- Supervise and coordinate NEMT transportation services to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Monitor driver schedules, coverage, and vehicle assignments.
- Respond quickly to any scheduling changes or service disruptions.
- Fleet & Vehicle Management
- Oversee the maintenance, registration, inspection, and cleanliness of all company vehicles.
- Manage vehicle records, mileage logs, and routine service checkups.
- Troubleshoot minor vehicle issues and coordinate timely repairs.
- Insurance & Compliance
- Handle all insurance-related matters including claims, renewals, and policy updates.
- Maintain up-to-date driver files, background checks, and insurance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Staff Supervision & Training
- Hire, train, and support drivers and administrative staff.
- Conduct routine performance reviews and provide coaching where necessary.
- Enforce company policies and safety protocols.
- Customer & Partner Relations
- Serve as a liaison between patients, dispatchers, healthcare facilities, and insurance providers.
- Resolve customer complaints or incident reports professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain positive relationships with brokers and transportation partners.
- Reporting & Record Keeping
- Track key performance metrics, trip logs, and operational costs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal review.
- Utilize dispatching or scheduling software for trip coordination.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in NEMT operations or transportation/logistics management.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and insurance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Familiarity with NEMT software systems is a plus (e.g., Routific, ModivCare, WellRyde, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
