Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your impact will be:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the U.S., including recruitment strategy, candidate relationship management, interview coordination, and offer stages with a strong focus on GTM and executive hiring.
- Develop and implement data-driven, customized recruiting strategies that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Partner with and coach hiring teams to ensure alignment between hiring decisions, business goals, and our inclusive culture.
- Walk candidates through our process with up-to-date communication and top-notch candidate experience.
- Manage recruiting resources and build creative sourcing plans to strengthen the external talent pipeline, with a strong focus on diverse representation.
- Gather and analyze candidate feedback to continuously enhance and improve the overall candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist. Experience in a startup or high-growth company is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle global recruiting, with strong emphasis on hiring senior-level roles, especially in GTM functions.
- Proven track record recruiting for executive and senior leadership positions.
- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and leadership teams, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Familiarity and experience recruiting within the federal sector is highly desirable.
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proven analytical, strategic, and continuous learning skills.
- Excellent communication skills and high relationship intelligence.

Expected compensation for the role is between $140,000-$155,000. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
