Experience & Knowledge Requirements:
· 1-2 years Call Center or Customer Support/Tech phone experience.
· Pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
· Basic to mid-range Windows & Mac Operating system troubleshooting experience.
· Basic to mid-range web browser troubleshooting experience
· Basic to mid-range experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, etc).
· Ability and willingness to learn new software and skills. (On-the-job training provided for our proprietary software).
Job Description:
· Providing excellent customer support for phone and email (inbound and outbound) for troubleshooting software.
· Diagnosing and resolving propitiatory software issues over the phone or through email.
· Diagnosing and resolving Internet connectivity issues including firewall and network filter troubleshooting.
· Diagnosing and resolving web browser software and setting issues, such as clearing cache.
· Taking software orders.
· Simple record keeping for phone support.
Compensation & Hours:
· Starting pay $24/hour.
· 40 Hour work week
· 8AM through 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Weekends off
· After 3 Months of employment: 10 days per year Paid Time Off
· After 3 Months of employment: Medical Insurance (Including Vision & Dental)
