What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide exceptional support to resolve inquiries, concerns, or issues related to products and services.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by following provided guidelines, scripts, and procedures.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately using company-provided tools and systems.
- Escalate more complex inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary, ensuring a seamless resolution process.
- Provide updates and follow-ups to customers when required, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to share feedback and improve support processes.
- Stay informed about company products, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer needs.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and de-escalate challenging situations.
- Comfortable using basic computer software, including CRM tools, email, and other telecommunication technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
The pay range for this role is:
27.21 - 33.61 USD per hour(Remote (Boise, Idaho, US))
