Cliantha Research is seeking a dynamic and results-driven bi-lingual Telemarketing Manager to lead our telemarketing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong background in sales and customer service. This role is pivotal in driving business development through outbound calling strategies, warm calling, and effective negotiation techniques. The Telemarketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing telemarketing campaigns that align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the telemarketing team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement.
- Develop, implement, and optimize telemarketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients, fostering relationships and understanding their needs.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Train and mentor team members on effective telemarketing techniques, customer service best practices, and technology sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling scripts and promotional materials for outbound calling efforts.
- Negotiate terms with potential clients to close sales effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor call quality and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a telemarketing or sales management role, with a strong focus on outbound calling.
- MUST BE BI-LINGUAL - SPANISH AND ENGLISH.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with technology sales is preferred; experience in the industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and tracking performance.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
