La Reyna Del Credito is a trusted name in financial services, dedicated to helping the Latino community secure funding, improve their credit, and achieve financial success. We are expanding our team and looking for highly motivated, bilingual telemarketers to join us in our Downey, CA office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our financial services.
- Set appointments with interested prospects for consultations.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments scheduled.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Must work in person at our Downey, CA office.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle objections and close appointments over the phone.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
