We’re currently hiring 2 motivated Telemarketing Representatives to join our team and help us generate qualified leads for our field sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners and property managers
- Set qualified appointments
- Follow proven call scripts and lead workflows
- Update and manage lead records in our CRM
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams on follow-up campaigns
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in telemarketing, phone sales, or call center
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Able to work on-site in Marietta, GA
- CRM experience preferred (GoHighLevel, PhoneBurner, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Experience in roofing, home improvement, or insurance claims
