Overview
We are seeking a skilled and outgoing individuals to join our dynamic team. As a Foreign Currency Exchange Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while executing and managing currency exchange sales.
The ideal candidate will be able to work shifts between 2 locations:
Baybrook Mall & Memorial City Mall OR
Memorial City and Woodlands Mall
4-5 days/week (Monday - Saturdays) 11am - 7pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with basic currency exchange services
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Balance till the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintain a balanced till and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
- Research discrepancies (short or over) and provide detailed explanation or resolution in a timely manner
- Handle currency and other financial instruments with a high degree of accuracy & security.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch.
- Follow all security procedures to protect against fraud and theft.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify customer identification and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Answer phone calls & general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Refer customers to appropriate personnel for complex issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals & improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
