Teller / Member Experience Representative
Location: You may work in any of the following counties, based on operational need: Marion, Harrison, or Monongalia County, WV.
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 37 Hours Per Week
Starting Pay: From $16 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

We’re looking for a caring, solution-minded Member Experience Representative (Teller) to provide highly-personalized service to our members across branch locations. This is a customer-facing role ideal for those who enjoy helping people, building relationships and working in a respectful, inviting and individually rewarding environment.
What You’ll Do
- Be solution-minded by listening, genuinely caring about and quickly addressing individuals' needs and requests.
- Serve members from various locations such as lobby counter, office area or drive-thru.
- Identify members' needs and recommend the best financial solutions.
- Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing and payments.
- Maintain and balance assigned cash drawer within established policies and procedures.
- Open and maintain accounts, debit cards, term share certificates and online banking services.
- Perform duties related to member eServices, such as troubleshooting online banking or debit card issues.
- Maintain knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, policies, procedures and regularity requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be legally eligible for employment in the United States.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have obtained a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be available to work a schedule rotation based on operating hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year to three years of similar or related experience, such as prior customer service, retail or teller experience.
- Well-developed communication and member service skills.
- Competence using computers, calculators and related software.
- Accuracy in cash handling; basic math skills.
- People-focused, demonstrating courtesy, tact and diplomacy.
- Self-empowered, solution-minded, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy when dealing with numbers and names.
- Excellent analytical skills, to support decision-making regarding member transactions.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Frequently is required to walk and sit; needs to be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Use hand to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms.
- Climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Must frequently or occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include but are not limited to close, distance and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Hours: Available Monday - Saturday, hours based on business needs.
Work Location: A Member Experience Representative is generally assigned a home branch but may cover other locations or be assigned a different home branch based on operational need.
