As a Teller Specialist at Rockland Trust, you are at the head of day-to-day teller operations, overseeing teller functions and teller participation in achieving branch sales goals. Each day, you contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer experience as you lead, coach, and model quality service in every interaction. 
With a positive can-do attitude and a genuine desire to work with customers and colleagues in a caring and empathetic way, you are responsible for maintaining an environment that fosters teamwork and supports individual professional development. You are a trusted resource for both colleagues and customers alike, providing outstanding service and building relationships while also overseeing the daily operations on the teller line.
