We’re looking for a hands-on, skilled Maintenance Technician to support our student housing property during the busiest time of the year. If you're experienced in general repairs, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work—and can hit the ground running—we want to hear from you! Qualifications –
- Experience in maintenance, property management, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong technical and mechanical skills, with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs

- Ensure that the community and its grounds are in good repair and provide a safe and attractive environment for residents
- Complete service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Prepare apartments for new residents through timely and high-quality unit turns (make-readies), including furniture set-up
- Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
