Summary
We are seeking a Tennis Instructor to join our team at PlayYourCourt. In this role, you will have the opportunity to ignite passion for tennis in your community by delivering high-quality instruction and engaging programming. This position is vital in helping us grow participation in the sport.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective tennis lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students while promoting overall skill development.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters a love for the game.
- Collaborate with local facilities to organize events, clinics, and tournaments.
- Promote tennis programs within the community to increase participation.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching physical education or sports coaching, preferably in tennis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for tennis and a commitment to promoting the sport within the community.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
