Independent contractor description:
（TikTok live streamer）
Responsibilities:
Host live streaming sessions focused on food and Beverage ,3C electronics, home goods and women’s fashion. （Beverage, Outdoor Clothing, mobile phone accessories, and beauty products, ）
Showcase products and engage with the audience, providing styling tips to target audiences.
Conduct live streams for a minimum of 4 hours per session, three or more days a week (contractor to develop schedule).
Review and summarize each live stream session with team members, identifying strengths and weaknesses to optimize future sessions.
Requirements:
Comfort with being live on camera, with lively and cheerful on-air personality.
Excitement around women’s fashion.
Strong verbal communication and on-the-spot adaptability.
No prior experience required, but strong communication and learning abilities are essential.
Good professional ethics and a strong sense of responsibility.
Compensation: $25+ hour plus performance-based incentive of 1% of the sales during contractor’s streams.
