We have teamed up with a leader in the Insurance industry and currently have a job opening for a Training & Learning Consultant in Bellevue, WA .
THIS POSITION:
- Develop & Launce a D#^% ERP Software Launch Training
- Develop Recurring Training Program
- Develop Employee Training Module
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business processes and understand the end-user experience to ensure training aligns with operational needs.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to gather training requirements, identify knowledge gaps, and collect materials to inform content development.
- Recommend training strategies and suggest supplemental resources (e.g., job aids, simulations, or performance support tools) based on learner needs and project scope.
- Design and develop engaging training content, including eLearning modules, facilitator guides, classroom materials, and quick reference guides, tailored to diverse learning formats and audiences.
- Manage the review and feedback process, incorporating stakeholder input to finalize training deliverables.
- Partner with the internal LMS administrator to ensure accurate uploading, testing, and assignment of training materials within the learning management system.
- Ensure alignment with brand, accessibility, and instructional design best practices throughout all deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Instructional Design Expertise – Skilled in designing effective, engaging learning experiences across various modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, blended).
- Content Development Tools – Proficient in tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) or similar for building eLearning and digital content. Proficient in other tools to support the development of facilitator guides, in-class learning materials, quick reference guides, and other supporting materials.
- Facilitation & Discovery – Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and feedback.
Project Management – Ability to manage timelines, coordinate reviews and meet deliverables within scope.
- Communication & Collaboration – Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; experienced working cross-functionally with stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail & Quality Standards – Committed to producing polished, accessible and brand-aligned deliverables.
Salary range:
- $45 to $75 per hour depending on level of experience
