Tyler EnerGov -MUST
SSRS – Some experience
- Reporting backlog building for over a year. Currently have 6 reports they’re trying to get Tyler to do but there’s 10+ and they keep coming in
- Performance metric reports that distribute counts and summaries over different fiscal periods (calendar year, quarterly, monthly) and does summation
- Broken down by code enforcement, building department, history report
- They have everything spec-ed out already
- Auditing reports
- Creating reports and workflows from scratch
- Launched with standard applications
- 2 years into launch, realizing certain workflows can be more streamlined
- 16-20 workflows
- Using workflow building built into EnerGov
- Plus: If able to coordinate with Tyler to get reports blessed by Tyler so Tyler can take ownership of reports in future if need to tweak in future. They have process to certify reports if drawn by someone else.
- Their relationship with Tyler:
- Good access to Tyler, regular meetings, responsive.
- Getting deliverables through them is the bottleneck.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
