Job Title: UI/UX Analyst

SUMMARY:
The UI / UX Analyst will act as a bridge between product, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring that the final deliverables meet the intended goals. They will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements while also designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for digital products. This role requires a blend of creativity and requirement gathering skills to enhance user experience across various platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a liaison between product stakeholders, business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Collaborate with operational leaders and providers to understand their needs and workflows.
Translate operational needs into detailed business requirements for technical solutions.
Analyze user requirements to design and create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Work closely with UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to implement designs effectively.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
Collaborate with product leader(s) to understand the priorities of different initiatives.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to guide the design process.
Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and ensure usability.
Test application features as and when required for acceptance criteria.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 6 months of work experience (including experience as an intern), and/or relevant education related to UI/UX design (ex: Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Computer Science)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
Highly desired - Minimum of 6 months of experience as an intern in UI Designing and Requirements Gathering.
Any level of experience (including intern experience) working in software development teams.
Any level of experience (including intern experience) with Figma & JIRA.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Willing to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
