Job Description
We are seeking an experienced UX Program Manager to lead design operations and drive user experience initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX program management, process optimization, and tool proficiency in Azure DevOps, Aha!, and related platforms. This is an onsite role starting with the eCommerce team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage design operations: intake, backlog management, and prioritization.
Collaborate with design managers on resource planning and goal tracking.
Ensure timely delivery of UX initiatives through established review cadences.
Maintain and improve operational workflows, frameworks, and documentation.
Build dashboards and reporting tools for cross-team transparency.
Drive onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing for UX team members.
Identify and resolve workflow pain points and optimize cross-functional processes.
Manage trade-offs between user needs and business goals.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in UX program or design operations.
Proficient in tools like Azure DevOps, Aha!, Figma, and Confluence.
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale UX initiatives.
Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and human-centered design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
High ownership mindset and ability to manage priorities in dynamic environments.
Qualifications
These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
