Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager to join our Corporate Actions team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage a small Corporate Actions team responsible for providing corporate action-related custody and accounting processing.
- Oversee daily transactional workflow within the team and align team resources to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Approve work product and operational output of staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with risk controls.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external sub custodians, custodians, depositories, agents, and brokers to meet organizational standards.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4-5 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years in management preferred.
- Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
