We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. There are many changes to healthcare under the current administration. Soon...millions of Americans will need assistance and guidance with the new plans and pricing. As a member of the largest health care provider in the world, you will have an arsenal of solutions for your prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management and follow on company provided leads. As a Sales Agent , you will engage with clients and provide access to the most innovative health plans in America.
Duties
- Conduct online presentations on the features /benefits of the health plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery.
- Manage and operate our custom CRM to manage sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in territory management and lead follow up tactics.
- Familiarity with software tools that assist in sales tracking and customer relationship management
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
- A willingness to acquire a state life and health insurance license.
