We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy Visual Content Specialist to help bring our brand to life with visual assets. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives with fast turnaround times, collaborative environments, and is confident designing within tools like Canva and Google Slides/Docs.
You’ll join our marketing team to create high-impact visuals across a variety of mediums using and updating our existing brand assets to keep things clean, consistent, and effective. The ideal candidate has a grasp of marketing fundamentals and can confidently take ownership of projects from idea to execution.
This role is remote, part-time, and pays $18-22 per hour depending on experience. It is expected to be approximately 15 hours per week with opportunity for more based on performance.
The day-to-day
- Design branded digital and print assets as well as basic videos using Canva, Google Slides, and Google Docs, including: flyers, one-pagers, white papers, postcards, website graphics, article graphics, swag, and more
- Create and update graphics and images on website pages using HubSpot
- Light research and writing of supporting copy for assets as needed
- Keep assets well-organized in Canva, HubSpot files, and Google Drive
- Contribute to evolving brand work, with potential to help lead a brand refresh within the next year
You’ll succeed here if you…
- Have at least one year of professional experience in Canva, HubSpot, and Google Workspace
- Have a strong eye for visual design and brand consistency
- Are confident writing light, marketing-oriented copy
- Understand basic marketing principles and are excited to learn more
- Bring a self-starter, problem-solving mindset, and can confidently own and move projects forward with minimal direction
- Are tech-forward and not afraid to try new things
- Know how to prioritize and manage your time effectively across multiple projects and deadlines
