We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Integrated Marketing Operations to join our Corporate Marketing & Communications team. This role can sit in either Pittsburgh, PA, or New York, NY.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the development and optimization of marketing and communications operations processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and alignment across the department.
- Translate complex challenges into integrated, streamlined workflows that support cross-functional collaboration and execution.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, measure performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with marketing, creative, digital, and communications teams to ensure operational excellence and seamless program delivery.
- Champion the use of marketing technology platforms, including Workfront, to enhance visibility, accountability, and productivity.
- Foster a culture of innovation and solutions-orientation, identifying new ways to improve processes and outcomes.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Proven experience leading marketing operations or program management in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Deep understanding of marketing workflows, resource planning, and process design.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence across teams, functions, and levels.
- Experience with Workfront or similar workflow/project management tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $113,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
