What You’ll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Operations & Install Support Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in staging and delivering equipment, organizing inventory, supporting install teams, and helping keep our warehouse and materials flowing efficiently.
Install Support & Staging
- Stage equipment and parts for daily installs
- Be the go-to contact in the warehouse for install technicians
- Label and document all equipment with serial numbers for each job
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to order non-stocked equipment and parts
- Keep daily job tracker updated
Inventory & Stocking
- Organize, stock, and rotate equipment and materials
- Notify the supervisor when supplies are low
- Operate forklifts and hand trucks to unload deliveries
- Assist with receiving and placing equipment in appropriate locations
- Pick and stage secure items for field technicians
Transfers & Runs
- Be the first responder to “I Need a Run” calls
- Dispatch runners for deliveries from warehouse to job sites or vendors
- Ensure timely and efficient transfer of equipment and parts
Cleanliness & Safety
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and lot
- Load recyclable scrap metal
- Keep entrances, doorways, and walkways clear, including snow/ice removal
- Report maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager
Sheet Metal Fabrication (Training Provided)
- Learn and assist with custom sheet metal production as needed
Qualifications:
- Current driver’s license and maintain insurability by Vredevoogd carrier
- Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings
- Ability to pass national background check
- Strong oral and reading skills
- Capability to work in Michigan environmental conditions
- Strong commitment to world class customer service
- Strong multi-tasking skills; phone, computer, and people skills
- Build and encourage a positive work culture and be a willing and engaged team player
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and climb in and out of box trucks
- Ability to be flexible and effectively handle change
- Ability to utilize technology for invoicing and internal/external communication
- Ability to work necessary hours to meet specific organizational requirements

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
