Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily warehouse operations and task management
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy in records through regular reconciliation
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, packing, labeling, and dispatching
- Conduct and support warehouse safety trainings; help maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with packing, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure efficient workflows
- Manage asset tracking and coordinate office/warehouse supply purchasing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse operation data using internal systems
- Coordinate basic equipment maintenance and repair schedules
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Support onboarding and training of new warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency
Requirements
- Teamwork skills
- Proficiency in office programs
- Experience with ERP and WMS systems preferred
- Strong multitasking ability
- Experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred
- Basic understanding of overall warehouse operations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws
- Korean/English bilingual proficiency (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred to support communication with Korean customers, vendors, the internal team, and the HQ.
Compensation
- $20-30/hour (Based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule
- Business hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch), Monday to Friday
