We’re hiring a dependable, early-rising team player to join our Waste Remedy crew in the South Bay Area. If you enjoy physical work, care about the planet, and can work well on a team, this might be the job for you.
Schedule:
Start time: @3:30 AM
Workdays: Sunday through Friday
Days Off: Wednesdays and Saturdays
What You’ll Do:
- Drive a company-supplied box truck on a fixed daily route
- Support your team with on-site janitorial and cleanup tasks
- Sort trash and recycling, clean, and help with heavy lifting (including furniture)
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with physical labor and early mornings
- Ability to lift body weight preferred
Hiring Requirements: All offers are contingent on the successful completion of:
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and insurer risk analysis
- Drug screening and background check
Compensation:
Pay: $24.87–$26.87 per hour
Additional Earnings: Recycling Remuneration (varies weekly based on scrap metal rates and tonnage)
Benefits:
- FT Employees: Medical insurance after 90 days
- PT & FT Employees: 401(k) eligibility after 60 days
- PTO: Accrued at a rate that meets or exceeds state guidelines
