Wind Tower Wiring Specialist – New Construction & Repower Projects
IMPORTANT: This is a specialized construction role focused on electrical wiring inside new and repowered wind towers. It is not an O&M (operations & maintenance) position.
We are seeking experienced Wind Tower Wiring Specialists to join our team on large-scale wind energy projects across the United States. This role is for individuals who have direct, hands-on experience installing electrical wiring inside wind towers during new construction or repower projects.
If you have previously worked in tower wiring, can read electrical diagrams, and thrive in high-energy construction environments, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform DC/AC wiring installation inside wind towers (cabinet terminations, cable pulls, and interconnect wiring).
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and construction drawings.
- Collaborate closely with site leadership to ensure all wiring meets project and safety standards.
- Assist with testing and verification of tower wiring during commissioning stages.
- Work in a physically demanding construction environment, including climbing towers up to 300 ft.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in wind tower wiring (new build or repower required).
- Knowledge of electrical wiring practices in a utility-scale wind environment.
- Comfortable with construction schedules (10–12 hour days, 6 days a week when needed).
- Ability to travel frequently between projects nationwide.
- Strong commitment to safety (LOTO, PPE, energized work protocols).

Requirements:
- Must provide own composite toe boots (all other PPE provided).
- Electrical or wind construction experience specifically in tower wiring is mandatory.
- Ability to climb wind towers and work at heights.
- Reliable transportation to get you to the jobsite.
- Willingness to travel to projects located throughout the U.S.
