Position: Tasting Room Associate / Wine Educator
Pay: $15.00–$18.00/hour base + tips
(Some of our staff earn $20–$24/hr with tips!)
Schedule: Weekends & holidays required. Flexible hours.

We’re Domaine LeSeurre Winery – a small, passionate, family-owned winery on the beautiful shores of Keuka Lake, named one of the Best New Wineries in the U.S. We're growing and looking for friendly, curious, wine-loving people to join our year-round tasting room team.
Whether you're exploring a new passion or already a wine enthusiast, this is more than a job – it’s a community. Several of our part-time associates have grown into full-time managers!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and guide guests through a relaxed, educational wine tasting
- Share our winemaking story and love for the Finger Lakes
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, welcoming space
- (Optional) Assist with special events and learn about winemaking!

Who You Are:
- A people-person with great energy and curiosity
- Can lift 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Weekend availability is a must
- Wine or hospitality experience a plus – but not required
- Passionate about wine, nature, and connecting with others
