- Master s Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current New York State License as a Nurse Practitioner.
- National Board Certification required
- American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
- WHNP-BC (Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified)
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
- EMR/EHR experience a plus
