Title: Workday Integrations Consultant (Contract-to-Hire – 6 Months)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant to join our team for a 6-month contract-to-hire engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday integrations, particularly with Compensation Analysis and Compensation Modules, and will collaborate with HR, Compensation, and IT teams to enhance our Workday environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations, reports, and data flows related to compensation.
- Partner with HR and Compensation teams to analyze pay structures, bonus plans, and equity programs.
- Configure and optimize Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Workday and other HR/payroll systems.
- Develop custom Workday reports and dashboards to support compensation planning and analytics.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across all compensation processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Workday experience, with at least 3 years in Workday integrations.
- Proven hands-on experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, merit cycles, bonus plans, and equity programs.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI, and Workday Report Writer.
- Experience with calculated fields, security configuration, and business process frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday Integration and/or Compensation certification(s).
- Experience in a multi-entity or global environment.
- Familiarity with payroll integrations and benefits modules.
Contract-to-Hire Details:
- Initial contract: 6 months
- Strong potential for conversion to full-time employment based on performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
