Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Workers’ Compensation Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English and have prior experience in workers’ compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation matters under attorney supervision.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and updates in both English and Spanish.
- Obtain and organize medical records, employment records, and other case-related documentation.
- Track deadlines, hearings, and filings to ensure timely case progression.
- Communicate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel as needed.
- Prepare correspondence, forms, and case summaries for attorney review.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Prior experience in workers’ compensation cases (preferred) or a law office setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $49,503.15 - $59,616.70 per year
