AT&T Real Estate is looking for a Workspace Planner to lead and strategically manage people moves & restack projects by developing comprehensive plans, ensuring technical excellence and quality, facilitating stakeholder communication, maintaining emergency response readiness, enforcing safety protocols, and performing additional duties to support project success and organizational alignment & right-sizing the corporate Real Estate portfolio. Manage routine headcount moves/add/changes.
What You’ll do
Provide overall strategic direction for people move and restack projects.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This includes programming Business Unit needs (seats, support space, etc.), developing floorplan solutions, collaborating with AE & IT partners for fit outs.
Conduct in-depth technical analysis, review blueprints, and ensure adherence to engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials science.
Understand space planning, furniture systems, and interior design principals and material selections.
Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures through regular site inspections to achieve superior workmanship and compliance with technical standards.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
Respond to emergency situations, ensuring telecommunication network reliability.
Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety and minimizing workplace incidents.

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
1+ years of related Facilities or Workplace Planning experience required.
Certification is required in some areas.
Our Workplace Planning Specialist earns between $79,200 - $118,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
