As a Manager - Identity & Access Management you will lead client support work in cybersecurity focused on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients, with an emphasis on identity strategy, access controls, and protection of sensitive information within our Cybersecurity practice. As a Manager you will coach team members, manage performance, and lead complex workstreams while using sound judgment, technology, and business knowledge to deliver results and address issues across multiple priorities. In this role at PwC, you will guide the design and implementation of identity and access management solutions, review deliverables, coordinate timelines, and help shape reliable access processes that support client needs and broader cyber risk objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Leading identity and access management workstreams for client support engagements across cyber, data, and technology risk environments
  • Managing planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of access control initiatives, identity governance activities, and privileged access reviews
  • Coaching team members on access management, identity verification, role based access control, and authorization management systems
  • Reviewing technical documentation, system requirements, and access control models to validate alignment with security and governance requirements
  • Developing and implementing identity lifecycle processes across Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and cloud identity and access management platforms
  • Translating security and infrastructure needs into practical solutions for user access rights management, federation, and privileged access management
  • Addressing delivery issues, scope changes, and client concerns while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and team leads
  • Identifying opportunities to improve identity governance, access administration, and cyber risk processes through digital tooling and automation
  • Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
  • Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
  • At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
  • Demonstrating IAM delivery across identity governance, access, and privileged access programs
  • Leading client-facing workstreams, timelines, budgeting, and issue resolution
  • Coaching teams through reviews, feedback, and performance development
  • Applying access control models, Azure Active Directory, or SailPoint skills
  • Translating technical findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders
